Just got home...turned on the game..... havent seen the goals or anything... Were they the "WOuld like to have back" variety? or did the "D" hang J HO out to dry?

Id Like to add on to my previous comment here... I Think maybe a game or 2 more should of been tacked on.. He did play like a douchebag that shift.. he did smack Helm inthe face (worth a double minor) and then hit Kronner with that knee on knee before the whistle could be blown.. given he went out there with the purpose to end someones night......he should maybe have been given a little more harsh a penalty.. He is losing 38,000 + tho..(Big Whoop- He wanted a vacation)

I think they just like saying "Pecker" and get away with it! tough game to watch..

NOW THAT was a super stat.. Way to go Versus... The Predators are 12-2-1 when they score more than one goal......... NO s***!!!!!

Last night at the Wings/Ducks game a fan was completely awesome and totally un-selfish, I wanted to share the story. I purchased the tickets I had during the first round of the $9.00 tickets sales. I knew I was not buying the best tickets there were... This game was a little different in that my 10 year old son who started watching and really liking the game last year, came with me to the game. This was his 1st. These were the single worst I think I ever had.... Under the scoreboard row 27 next to the wall..could not see anything and my 10 year old son was looking dejected and sad.... then walking up the stairs was a guy and his fellow fan who had seemingly walked upi the wrong set of stairs, My son and I were trying to see and we had went a row or 2 down where the steps started and tried to watch the game..Any of it! The man and his friend then asked me if I wanted to trade seats....noting that his seats probably had a better view for my boy..... he pointed them out to me and stated "He had been there" when we got to the seats he had been so gracious to trade..He was right.. My sons eyes lit up.. It made his night.. that and the fact that his fav Red Wing Rafalski scored... I wanted to say to that fan and all the fans that have done that for others and their children.. Thank You and God Bless.... It's that kind of thing that really makes Detroit fans the BEST there is!!!

If anyone was at the Game vs the Ducks when he scored his Hat trick.. Can i get a little clarification please? I could swear that when Zett scored each of his 3 goals they used Gary Glitter's "Hey Song" as the celebration..but instead of saying "HEY" the crowd was yelling "Hank" like the score boards suggested?? I could swear I heard "hank" but it was loud!! Help Pleeze?

It was awesome! seeing it from the top of the world and watching it go around and come by and go was just amazing!... during a good time in the game too ...My son LOVED IT and joined in when it came around! I give it a Nice Job!

I noticed even FSN (when they show stats) has Danny Cleary for his name! GO DANNY!!!!

I Hope we win....This is my sons first Red Wings game and we both have been looking forward to it Wings win 4-3 in Overtime!

I do not agree with you and No I am not trying to be a smart ass or start a mele when I say what i am going to ask! If a player is wearing a "Armour Type" pads..couldnt the pads be more padded on the INSIDE of them.... I mean the teams have guys for that... just saying... It should be the player wearing the pads to decide where he thinks he needs a little more padding here or there..right?

I kinda saw the same thing... looked like a "Cleary on Thornton" type thing.. He saw the hit coming and turned... I hope he plays soon! My thoughts and prayers go out to him.

I am VERY proud of Howard these past couple games... Very proud of our offense tonight...... and so happy that we beat the Canucks.... Good game guys... Still seemed like they played 50 minutes..but it was the LAST 50 and they played like a team possessed... :thumbup:
