to some extent I agree 100% This is a Sour loss for many reason for me.... the biggest is we were the better team and everyone in that arena knew it.... and seeing that dickhead Bettman and his Pet Douchebag on our ice jut rubs the salt in that wound a bit.... proud of my Wings to get there...You bet... of their effort in game 7? I can't... I understand injuries, but suck it up you have all summer to heal put your hurt ankle in the Stanley Cup with ice in it...... This is a SOUR end to this season for me at least

understandable But as the "face of the NHL" you still make EVERY EFFORT to shake hands... It is the part of the game when you congradulate each other for a great series..... not a pie in the face... everyone shook Lemieuxs hand after driving Drapers face into the boards... nothing like that happened in this series.....it went 7 games....7 games and he snubbed our guys after we waited to shake his hand.... to hell with that pole smoker!!!

i just find it really hard to believe that a team like the pens, did not take a penalty in 2 + periods in that last game... Im sorry...It doesnt happen in this NHL...(no tolerance?) something else I noticed that I wonder if anyone else saw, was Kunitz and his Superman impressions when he went to deliver a hit on a Wing, Leaving your feet is against the rules isnt it?
