Not right now, no. The Wings can barely afford to lock up their future stars -- Pavel Datsyuk, Henrik Zetterberg, and Niklas Kronwall, and trying to re-sign Redden and Hossa would be fun, wouldn't it?

Why would Ottawa trade Spezza? He's making next to nothing at this point in terms of salary, and he had around 80 points two seasons ago...

Don't put too much stock into that rumor, guys. Kolzig still makes close to $5 million a season, and by the sounds of it, he would probably backup Osgood. And we're saying Legace makes too much as a backup? Yeesh. BUT, if guys like Eric Fehr (unlikely), Dainius Zubrus (likely), and/or Brendan Witt (likely) are packed with Ollie like the rumor states, then you definately have to consider it, 'specially if Fehr is involved.
