Hey I still expect Canada to some how pull out the win. They are really a stacked team with all sorts of talent but man the US has just been awesome. I am really happy this time around. Like you said last time we were the anxious fan base so I know how it feels.

Dude...I'm not even saying that Canada is not good...Hell they should be winning. Remember the juggernaut that is team Canada could make 2 teams out of the talent they have and still compete for the gold with both teams. All that I was pointing out is the fact that all through out the Olympics when the US wins it's because of luck or cheating and when Canada struggles to win or doesn't win in various sports it;s because some one cheated or they ran into a hawt team. From all the hype, talk and the roster that they put together I expected Canada to roll teams. Yeah a win is a win but you have to be concerned about the scoring. Specially now since you will be playing the US who apparently is just oozing with scoring luck. hahahahaha to lighten the mood up a bit....I laughed so hard at this.

Defensive? hahahah Canadian excuses much??? =) I mean hell put Sammy on your team. He will have a hell of a shot count but with him having 100 shots on goal (goalie shin pads) mean that the goalie is just playing out of his mind or does it mean Sammy just can't seem to find the back of the net? If this was just some reg NHL team I could see saying that you have just ran into some hot goalies since a reg nhl would be stacked with such firepower....But we are talking about team Canada. More firepower on that team then any team and you can't seem to score more than 2 goals in a game? Hmmm..Babs coaches the wings...wings struggle to score at times....babs coaches team Canada...team Canada struggles to score. I'm not sure for you but it just seems to much of a coincidence.

So the US played a bunch of scrub teams while Canada played the creme dela creme that's the only explanation. So pretty much in this Olympics, the losses for Canada in other sports and the low scoring in hockey have been because someone else got lucky (even per babs on the US scoring “The puck just seems to be going in the net for them,” said Canada coach Mike Babcock. “I've watched some of their action, and they seem to be scoring. ") and because Canada has played far more superior talent or someone cheated (see ice dancing)

I am watching it. Don't go to that old stand by just because someone isn't agreeing with a skewed view I apparently didn't watch any of the Canadian games. I have and I will still say that they should of been scoring more on these teams. So with what you are saying does that mean the US has played pretty much high school teams (save Russia) this whole tournament so far because we have scored more than 2 goals in all of our games?

You are the one bringing it up. so...not long? You have to call a spade a spade here. For a team like canada with all that firepower to struggle with Latvia isn't good at all. They seem to have been struggling more than I would have guessed that's for sure.
