Of course everyone wants more giagantic open ice hits by him and the team in general. Provided he doesn't play dirty or get himself hurt. I don't think it was a dirty play at all, and I was glad to see it. I do think its completely crap that if any player did that to one of our boys there would be total outrage. Yet the fact that a simple discussion of the possiblity that this play could lead to action by the league is met with ill will towards anyone with the audacity to attempt to look at this objectively is disturbing. It is silly to get so defensive, it is called conversation.

Serriously, most of these songs are awful. The only value of them are the memories tied to them, the songs themselves are terrible.

Disagree, Samuelson was a negitive one. It also seemed that when they had the most pressure it was when that line was out. I just don't think they helped each other out enough out there. Maybe that is lack of chemistry. I think huds and draper, or draper and sammy can work. All three of them is really kinda a time-bomb waiting to go off. I do think Hudlers late-season goal made him more confident, kinda want to see him more with Darren. Babs must be having a blast right now.... all those combinations, none of which are bad.

Reguardless of whether or not it was with elbow, the NHL is cracking down on hits to the head. I am not arguing for a suspension, I am just saying it is a possiblity it may happen.

Minnesota is honestly the second franchise I would want to own. In money terms it has to be second only to Toronto. They always sell out and have a rabbid fan base. If they managed to get someone amazing on the backend they could be an elite team. Imagine Campbell or Wade joining that team....

I found a 40 buck ticket the day beforehand and enjoyed a game from a great seat. If you rather pay the same amount to get a lower level seat at Comerica to see a 1-9 team, I guess you can. Me I hope it keeps up until the finals. I would love to buy tickets instead of depending on the luck of the draw I usually have to for shared seats. Whatever, I just was glad to hear the joint rocking. Though I wasn't a fan of Ellas chant... it was 2-1 hardly worth chanting. Let's go Red Wings!!!

Fun game to be at! Got my phone sling box to watch Montreal smoke Boston and got to see my two boys whom I bought Jerseys for the first nights of their career score. Well it makes sense that if the Tigers success is stealing thunder from the Wings, that their failure would eventually allow bandwagon fans to turn back towards the Wheel. I really could care less about baseball, all my attention is going to the Red Wings, and I know that if they win it all the attention will be there. I told my sister the Tigers can lose every game until the Wings win the cup, then they can win every game and it will be a fair trade.
