While talking about the San Jose Sharks, Bowman complimented Brian Campbell saying he was a special player and somebody is going to sign this kid and he will be good for them. He said this with a wry smile on his face and Ron MacLean immediately picked up on this. "Maybe Detroit?" Ron MacLean asked. Bowman bowed his head and adverted his eyes as if to try and hide the pair of aces in his poker hand.... Did Bowman just reveal something? Would they actually consider going after him?? It doesn't seem to make too much sense, but do you think Holland would actually do that? I am trying to find a video online of it, but it just happened. Also they covered Detroit very shortly and Bowman likes their chances.

I always said that it seems like Hasek gets a pass where Osgood, Manny, and Cujo would and did not. I never been a big Hasek fan, honestly because he was brought in and Osgood was cursed by our fanbase on a whole. I never rooted for him to fail though, I will however show him the door. Win, Lose, or Draw this game, Ozzie should be in. I bet he won't be come game five. The greatest problem is now barring a comeback, we will have to go to Nashville again. A fate I wish on no living thing.

Always lose to dicks. It wouldn't bother me to lose to San Jose, or Montreal, or about 24 of the teams. We have to lose to jerks like Nashville, Calgary, Anaheim. I have to mute my TV to watch this game and we stink it up visually as bad as their fans do audibly. GRRR WAKE THE DAMN HELL UP WINGS! Also I will be saying this a thousand times over if we don't change our half-assed effort and show up. All you people who rooted to play Nashville, who said I was a fool for wanting to play Vancouver. If we lose to Nashville in this series, I will be holding that over your heads forever. I couldn't figure out how to load up the MP3 for people to download, but oh well. I have talked about this before and no one seems to know it at all. It has kinda a tough powerful military-like feel as well as a musical/classical finesse feel to it as well. It gets me fired up without cheap lyrics from marketeers. The Name is actually the Red Wings theme, as it was in Final Fantasy IV and was the theme for the most elite military group around. The Red Wings. Red Armor and red ships were their claim to fame. Like it or not, I really don't care about your opinion as I like it. Hope you like it too and enjoy it. I would like them to play it at some point during a game. Maybe for a gladiator like cheer.... I dunno, enjoy! GO WINGS!!!

I know for a fact I started a thread about this before, but it still bugs me. At the game today I hear my most hated chant ever. Drunken fools chanting Ellis Ellis, YOU SUCK! I hate this chant so much as it isn't creative and its kinda low brow junk. Classless fans like Trashville do this, we shouldn't. More Let's go Red Wings when we need offense and defense for sure. How about after goals we join many teams such as the Canadian teams and Boston by chanting the very awesome Olay chant. It is a great song by the Bouncing Souls and pumps me up. Next game let's chant that eh! Any other classy chants?

A loss tonight is unacceptable.

Okay, we all saw that hit. If you are anything like me I immediately thought, the league is going to look at that. I know if it was Pronger against anyone doing that I would be calling for the death penalty. In fact for hits to the head last year Pronger with a dirty record got one playoff game suspensions. Will 55 get the same? He clearly left his feet and met the Predators player in the head with an elbow. I don't think either was intentional but it happened and I think we need to be ready for punishment. If he gets more then a game I am calling up Simon and we are going to go kidnap Betman and Pronger and get some Mob justice, it will be easy as they prob share a bed. Thoughts?

If this crap every became a part of the Joe I would have to stop going. It is just amazingly annoying, it gives me a headache every time.

Apparently the best trade of the 21st century wasn't enough for him to keep his job.... Holland isn't going anywhere, nor is Jim or Yzerman. From my understanding if any of them wants to go they would have to get permission from us. I hope we would stand in the way of all of them.
