here's what kills me about the new NHL. This crap will contiune all year,...and then when we get in the playoffs they won't call major stuff but will call a minor penatly with less than two min. to go in a game.

that would be what ellis does that downey doesn't. Ellis gets dumbed behind the net, gets up without a stick, strips the ducks player and keeps it in the zone. Then posts up in front,..wacks away till Z gets it,..Goal. Downey could never ever do any of that.

the officating is a joke right now, there better be some make up calls.

I could back it up with numbers,...pointing out that Hasek had the best stats of his career since he went to the STANLEY CUP FINALS in 99, last year. But i won't bother. Look skippy, you can hate hasek all you want, but saying asine things like you did makes you sound ridiculous.
