he's an offensive D man, but not the kind Carolina is looking for. They've already got a guy like that in walin, seriously,...they're almost the same player. What Carolina wants is a PP specialist with great passing ability, a rafalski type player.

this team desperately need a second line winger,...Draper is a great play, but it's a stretch to call him a reliable second goal scorer.

true, but i think it's more than hinted Carolina is looking for an offensive D man who can play now. In alot of people's mind Kindl can play now, but that is an awfully steep price. Thanks for the imput.

Dom starts this way every single year. It takes a long time for a goalie who plays like he does to warm up, especially only getting less than 20 shots a night. The sky isn't falling In May and June he'll dominate. That's why they call him "the dominator"

i'm watching the Carolina/Maple leafs game and Carolina has 5 forwards playing the pp. That's right, they have not one but two forwards playing the D on PP. Funny thing is, unlike us,..it's working brilliantly two pp goals so far.

you have to scroll down a bit, it's a few days old as a rumor. But Van Ryan evidently has been scratched by Florida for the first time since 1999. This leads many to believe he's trade bait. www.spectorshockey.net Rumor has it the Rags want him and are willing to ship mara. My question is, would he be someone we'd be interested in?

Believe me, if the wings had to watch McCabe let player after player skate by him all the while being paid alot of money, their fans would probably do something similar. -

the funnier moment was watching B McCabe knock himself off the puck and down to the ice, He was trying to go around his own net on and ended up running into the back of it instead! -
No they have Pathietic Excuses for D period Frank Kaberle is decent PP guy when he's healthy but but outside of that they have no one.

okay i got it,...what if Chelly uses his Green Lantern power ring to cause the puck to go over the glass every time an opponent dumps. Only problem is it won't work on any team with yellow in there uniform,.....that is unless Chelly has no fear either,...very likely (if you got that joke,..don't worry i won't tell)

i agree kp wings, he's a dark horse to put up 20 goals this year with the way he's played. (this year and last)

that'll be 4 pp goals this game,....i don't know about there Defensive depth but after watching them early this season, at least there power play is for real.
