The Pistons were destined for the title, winning 64 games and crusing through the first 7 games of the playoffs. But then the Pistons shots, for some reason, just would not drop. They luckily escaped elimination in the 2nd round, but completely fell apart in the conference finals. It wasn't anything the Heat did, it was just extremely bad shooting from the Pistons and a lack of defense when it mattered. I don't think any major changes will be made. I've heard talk of firing Flip Saunders, but I don't think he's the reason we lost, and I want to keep him around. Ben Wallace is expected to be re-signed. Joe D isn't stupid enough to let him go, and will likely offer a max deal. You would've thought that this would be Lindsey Hunter's last season, but he played with enthusiasm and energy, looking about 6 or 7 years younger, and I don't think it would be a bad idea to re-sign him for another season. It will be a very dissapointing start to the summer for the Pistons, and many questions will have to be answered.

Well, Ben is officially a Bull. At least he's taking his 20 some free throw percent outta here. Nazr hopefully will bring some more offense and learn to play trademark Piston's D.

did anyone see leyland today??? he was arguing calls with the home plate umpire and got tossed, and then he came out of the dugout and got up in the umpires face and really let him have it! he even went to home plate and pointed where the ball went!! props to leyland!!

i know that theyre not a bad team, theyve accomplished so much over the past 4 years, but they are playing like crap right now. well the season is over. poor shooting did the team in. extremely dissapointing.

i cant even believe how bad the pistons are. they play like they don't care, they can't hit a shot to save their lives, and its all gonna end. ive never seen a team struggle for so long with hitting simple shots.
