Cool stuff! My new main cardio is 45 minutes on the StairMaster, climbing approx. 160 floors. I do five minute intervals, level 34, 44, 54, 64, and 74. It ain't easy at first, but I'd encourage people who haven't tried the StairMaster to give it a go.
