I still can't believe that, as an offensive minded forward, he'd want to play for New Jersey - a team known for lack of scoring, boring hockey, and a choking defensive system.
-
Brodeur and Zajac's comments weren't exactly defenses either.

-
So THAT'S how it works

Western Conference Standings have been updated

Aaaand a loss to open the season.
-
Too little, too late.
-
Another game, another loss for the Devils. I expect the Ducks and Kings to have no problem with them, either.
-
B-but I thought the officials LOVED Detroit!!!

Are hockey hits harder than football hits?

Yes I do. Maybe Charles Rogers isn't in that great shape either. Druggies usually don't tend to be. -
My BeerAdvocate review for Samuel Adams Boston Lager - (A=appearance, S=smell, T=taste, M=mouthfeel, D=drinkability) Poured from a 12oz bottle into my Samuel Adams Perfect Pint Glass. A: Beautiful golden amber color - great, fluffy head that lingers for quite a while. Plenty of nice lacing on the glass. I've heard that you're able to float a coin on top of the head, but didn't give it a shot. S: Breathed in a fantastic aroma. The large amount of hops used is clearly present in the scent, nice floral and citrus notes are also present. T: Amazing. Perfect balance of hops and malt. Full flavored with a hint of citrus note. Just the right amount of bitterness. Rich and complex - a truly fantastic experience for your palate. Like the commercial says, "Try a Sam Adams and know that's what beer is supposed to taste like." It's not hard to see why it won Best Beer in America less than a year after Jim Koch re-discovered the recipe. M: Medium-bodied, very well rounded and smooth. Moderate amount of carbonation, finishes very clean. D: Fantastic drinkability, and incredibly refreshing. You'll want to have another, it certainly isn't hard to drink a few of these. Forget Budweiser - Boston Lager is the Great American Lager, and Samuel Adams is the King of Beers. If ever there were perfection in a bottle, this would be it. Thank you Jim Koch for venturing into your attic that fateful day back in 1984.

He actually returned against the Senators, their last game.
-
And the Devils are well on their way to dropping another game tonight, this time in San Jose.
-
The Devils are playing like hell. Haha, I made a funny
-
That's nothing. Could someone please explain this picture to me?
-
Yep. The person below me needs to go to the bathroom.

And Sharp saves the Hawks. They're lucky to get this win, the Kings were all over them.
-
Apparently, Hossa was injured tonight vs LA.
-
Hossa wasn't on Chicago's bench during the 2nd. Did anyone else see during the intermission, the kid to the left of the broadcasters that looked like Kopecky trying to act all gangster?
-
Is Hossa not playing for Chicago? I haven't seen him in over 10 minutes.

Just see Charles Rogers for proof. Dude ran 60 yards and needed oxygen on the sidelines a few years back. -
Have you reviewed it on BeerAdvocate?
