Not even that. Imagine having the same defense but having the team average more than 2.5 goals a game. Most of Howard's efforts, even while giving up 3 and even 4 a game have been great for the most part, and have been wasted by the Wings inability to score more.

....Miracle is the inside story of the US Hockey team's victory over the USSR, perhaps the biggest upset in sports history. Of course the movie is going to be made for Americans, as it was an American victory. If that had been team Canada, what do you think the reaction would be? The anniversary would probably be made into a national holiday.

You probably shouldn't be watching hockey then. The players all accept the risk of injury by playing. Nobody here likes to see another player get hurt, but the majority of us don't feel sorry for a player who got rocked from not having his head up, a cardinal rule in hockey.
