    Jack Edwards...seriously, is anybody worse?

That most painful of basic hits wouldn't put Rick DiPietro on a stretcher, much less Zetterberg. The only reason that Kopitar went down so easily is because, as is mostly the case, he wasn't paying attention and had his head down.

    Michel Therrien

Didn't he say he was still a fan of the Pens? Maybe he's outside the Igloo trying to scalp some tickets.

    Michel Therrien

Hmmm. Pompus, arrogant, and whiny when things don't go his way. Yep, fits the bill pretty well.

2/3 GDT: Red Wings 1 at Ducks 3

I know that Red Bird 1 also flies the Tigers, but they're not playing right now. I don't know if the Ducks plane is theirs exclusively or if someone else uses it as well.

Nope, nothing going on at the Ponda tomorrow.

    Kovalchuk traded to New Jersey

That being said, if Chicago makes a serious attempt for Kovalchuk, than this is guarunteed to be their only shot at a Cup.

    Jack Edwards...seriously, is anybody worse?

I don't think that San Jose's are that bad. The unbearable to listen to either because of their voice or because they're just not that hockey smart include Pittsburgh, Columbus, Minnesota, and Colorado. The Avs could score an empty net goal in the pre season, and you'd think they just won overtime of Game 7.
