Cleary hurt...
-
Sigh.
-
No way they can get shutout for the 3rd time at home. This needs to end.

Faceoffs are 32-23 for St. Louis.
-
Helm looked good up until that stumble.
-
Broken stick
-
34 shots and zerod goals. They're better than that.
-
We need Shaq to have our back.
-
I knew we were in for another one of those nights when Ken said in the first period that the shots were 11-3 for Detroit, and yet they trailed 1-0.
-
0 for 5. Not good.
-
Goalpost again.....damn
-
Blatant interference. Please convert on this PP.
-
Very close to too many men there
-
Time to score a goal. Don't let Ty get the shutout.
-
GDT fully updated, with STL lines included
-
Leino needs to improve much more than his skating.
-
Let's not forget Joel Zumaya, who supposedly hurt himself unloading boxes or something along those lines. Wasn't Jose Theodore out for a long time after slipping on a patch of ice?

Good thing Witt is tough. The hockey gods just won't run out of ways to injure players this year. If they're not getting accidentally whacked in the head, hit with the puck on the bench, or hurt getting out of a chair, they'll get hit by a car.

This.

Growing up when I first learned of hockey and the Red Wings when I was about seven years old, my favorite band was the Beatles, and Darren McCarty was my favorite player because his last name sounded like "McCartney". Congrats on the career, Mac. Don't expect to see anyone else in Detroit wear #25.
-
Maybe they'll just call it the "ball" and re-organize the game into two periods with a "halftime" to mak the game more friendly to the Pittsburgh/Chicago types who are new to hockey.

Won't be suprised to see Colorado fizzle out. Los Angeles, on the other hand, seems to be the real deal.
