However, a healthy Gaborik can be as dangerous as anyone in the league. I'd expect a great season from him if he can somehow avoid injuries.
-
It would bring him back to where he started his NHL career, although I'm not sure about signing him. I don't think we need another old, injury prone vet.
-
Although that's not something to be opposed if they were to produce offensively while bringing the crash and bang style of play.
-
Say the Wings were to sign him...any chance of him playing with fellow Russian Datsyuk?
-
Wouldn't be suprised to see him put up 10-15 goals, possibly even 20 like his rookie year.
-
Me, I'm torn. Zherdev or Prospal?
-
He'll definately get a gig in broadcasting now.
-
Good signing. Welcome to Hockeytown.

If people are blaming Conklin for not winning the Stanley Cup, then it's safe to say that a few people have completely lost it.

Link?

As with Sykora, I wouldn't be opposed to this at the right price.

Wouldn't be opposed to a move like this at the right price. Maybe ex-Penguin experiment number two might work out.

Adam Oates and Paul MacLean to St. Louis for Bernie Federko and Tony McKegney turned out to be one hell of a gem -
Only problem is, I don't see Sundin taking a $3.8 million pay cut.
-
The reason he left was that he felt he was too much a part of the past, and I think that mindset would keep him from coming back here again.
-
I would be suprised if that happened. There was definately a Stanley Cup hangover to begin last season, which is replaced with a desire to get back what they lost to the Penguins. Someone mentioned in another thread that a picture of Sid holding the Cup should be placed in the Detroit dressing room so that everyone can see so that the hunger to take it back from them never dies.

He's said he's going to move one soon, I'm guessing Lebda. Overall, not a bad depth signing.

The only Asian player I can think of in the NHL is Richard Park, if I'm not mistaken. -
-
His only playoff goal I can think of is his bank off of Roloson in Game 2 versus the Oil in 2006. Unless that was sarcasm
-
I'd be open to getting him back if it were anywhere between $500k and $1 million. Anything more, no thanks.

Again? haha
