You don't retire numbers like that. You don't say "Well, 5 players from the 50's have their numbers in the rafters so we have to retire at least 5 more to make it fair." From this era we have Yzerman and Lidstrom. After those two you don't start retiring random numbers to come up with something equal to or greater than five. That's just retarded.

No. The main difference is the Pearson is awarded annually to the NHL's outstanding player in the regular season as judged by the members of the NHLPA. The Hart is awarded annually to the player adjudged most valuable to his team in the NHL.

I don't know that I'd put him second, but anyone who doesn't think he's in the top 10 needs to have their head examined. Six Vezinas, 2 Harts, 2 Pearsons, 6 first team all-star selections, tenth all-time in wins and sixth all-time in shutouts. His resume is hard to overlook. Edit: Spelling

I work with a guy who knows a guy who claims to be able to get any jersey for any of the four major sports with the name and number of any current player and sells them for $50-$100. I heard he gets them from China. The guy I work with showed me an Adrian Peterson jersey he got that looks pretty authentic. I requested a Kronwall jersey. If this guy comes through with it I'll be impressed.
