Anaheim wasn't the Anaheim it should have been. Niedermayer, Pronger, Beauchemin and Schneider were mediocre at best. Giguere was just bad... I think San Jose won those games, because they were the better team in those games. Turco seems very even-keeled in Dallas' run to the Cup... so gettin' inside his head will be very difficult and quite frankly, won't get the job done. Wings will have to beat Dallas as a team, not only Marty Turco.

How can Turco have an advantage over Osgood ? Yes, he's good. Yes, he made 61 saves. So ? that gives him an advantage over a goalie who is 6-0 with .937 save percentage and playoff-best 1.52 ? Right.........

I'm considered somewhat of an Ozzie-fan, but I didn't find the article negative. Ozzie hasn't stolen a game (although the Liles stop with 8 seconds to go was a very crucial one..), but he didn't had too. Detroit was better in every single game. Ozzie brought some confidence with him and that reflected on everyone on the ice I guess. he was a steady presence in goal. And I'm sure, if he needs to steal a game, he'll steal one ! Of course Franzen is the MVP, he scored 9 goals in 4 games... duh..

I like Maltby, but we are doing pretty well without him. And you know what they say: never change a ....
