X-rays revealed a clean break of the hip and that means he will be in the OR tomorrow morning. They said now that its a textbook surgery so everything should be fine. Thanks again for the prayers and keep him in there for a successful surgery and a speedy recovery!

So i know this isn't the thread.. but can i please get some prayers out for the my grandpa really fast... My dad just called at said he is at the hospital with him because he fell backwards while putting (he is going to be 100 in november) and shattered his hip. They doctors told my dad they dont know if it as his age he can even pull through a surgery to repair it... I only have bits and pieces here... I am going to meet up with my parents after work in the ER.

For the most part Cherry was on... I mean yeah there were a few great hits (a few questionable ones) but i was rather shocked at the lack of physical play by either team. Extremely shocked not one single fighting major was awarded... although then i think back that our fighter was a healthy scratch all series so it makes sense. He was right to some degree about the physical play... Rattleoff delivered the biggest hurting hit in the series to his own teammate no less... that was a sweet KO!

Who is bashing him? sorry that i say something negative that has been brought up by many people in the stands watching the game as well as others watching on TV... Did somebody else come out and say "GOD THAT ZETTERBERG SUCKS ASS he should just be traded!!!" .... not me! I am just airing some concerns i have had over the last 6 games. Thats his problem... Sammy got into his head and he is now baseing his play off of he who breaks their chests. nope just because his point streak was missing is not the only thing i noticed. He has been weak out there with and without the puck (on and off the TV camera) on several instances...

Speculating... ergo the wondering part... And yes when one of our top scorers just decides to get easily pushed off the puck and becomes really a non-threat out there for the final games... one has to wonder what is up. He is playing very similar to how he did last post season with an injured back. he came into the playoffs on a rather nice point streak... which has fallen by the wayside. I am not the only one noticing that he isn't himself right now, albeit i might be the only one vocal about it on a wings board.

I won't be home for most of the first one... which pisses me off becuase i want to finally see Sergei dammit! but i will be rooting on JR and the sharks at 10!
