f*** Yeah! i would have him back here in a heart beat... Got 3 jerseys ready to be worn again!

Shoot man i wear the opposing team jersey at the joe all the time... Namely because i pick and choose the games to go to so that i can see my favorites.... People at the joe besides all the bad talk they get are 99.9% passive and won't touch you. I remember the game i was by myself (bought a ticket seperately and let offsides and her friend have our season tickets) Rick Nash got a Hatty and i stood up (wearing his jersey) and went nutz... nobody does anything... in fact it is a game i play now there to try to get a rise out of people... South East Entrance (aka riverfront by section 214) is where they enter and leave. After the game head out back and you will get a chance to meet the players... hope for a Ducks win or else they will be kinda pissy and not want to sign. I have met so many players back there i can't count anymore Dude support your team, even louder when you aren't in your own barn... its an awesome feeling!

Okay thats better... now i just have to find some tickets somewhere... hmmmmm haha i have more than enough free tickets to the whalers but they aren't near as impressive as the WIngs Middle school drama is always fun. Did you hear about that girl that like that guy that liked the girl who loved the other guy that the other girl kinda liked the first guy...geeesh talk about drama!

Everyone works differently during times like this... what i would suggest is talk to them and just let them know that whenever/wherever they would like to talk, you would be there for them. Don't force the issue, let them come to you, but let them know that you are there for them.

Any anybody actually believes this kid would see time of day in the NHL rotting away in Grand Rapids??? Getting traded out of the Wings org was a blessing for this kid... now he gets to actually play!

Well maybe to everyone else outside of the marriage it was random and out of the blue... but minus the kids part i know first hand all about this...now.... It all depends on when they felt comfortable telling people most likely. My heart goes out to your cousins, this has to be hell on them!

I watch as many as i can now but Whalers games kinda play at the same time for some, so i miss them. Ah well... i still follow them. Used to be way more connected when i could attend 10-15 games a season...

Its one of those things we will never be able to prove becuase mr. moneybags will not lower the ticket prices. Tigers offer the Buy One Get One and have vouchers for games everywhere you go... You do not get discounts on Wings Tickets..... In the 80's and 90's the wings did have BOGO coupons that you could find. Tigers sell more tickets because they are a very affordable alternative while down in detroit when the season over lap. Its more affordable (with all the discounts available) to take a famiy to a Tigers game than a Red Wings game.... Why? because the tickets are more affordable. When you are out of a job in the worst state (i.e. highest unemployment rate in the COUNTRY!) and you decide you want some entertainment... what do you pick? Filet Migon (Wings Prices) or Salsbury steak (Tigers Prices) considering you can go to a game and pay no more than 1/2 the face value with all the discount available for tigers. I understand the excitement of a suck ass team turning good and the bandwagon gets filled up quickly, but i guarantee Money is the key reason why people aren't attending hockey anymore.... Especially for those living actually IN michigan... within a reasonable distance from the Joe.
