Well the IH will just come in the mail... if they did not cancel it this year the skate you may receive tickets after the event as they are NEVER on top of the ball. That happend first season with us we got the letter and tickets after the event took place... we got a sorry about that from the wings. Last season we got them about 2 days before the event, so I gave them away to a friend at work who was available that day. I was able to do the skate at the joe... just not when I was a season ticket holder. A friend of ours got their notice to late and gave us the tickets to go... it was fun. you will notice the wings thrive on short term notice. But their business relations with their fans plays right into the very opening page of their "official website" pure s***.

Unless changed this season YOU WILL get a subscription to inside hockeytown YOU WILL get a skate (45mins) at the joe and a tour of the Joe... They plan it when the Wings are on a west coast trip so NO interaction with the player would occur, thus not throwing off the ellitnes of the Wings players.

This year... Guaranteed tickets to all games... Which in the past meant something when you couldn't get tickets but this season I have heard they are selling them at save-a-lot stores and other liquidation sites to try to get rid of their excess inventory You are a detroit red wings season ticket holder... isn't that enough for you? <--- thats what Illy thinks is enough to just have that title. Oh you get to pay 15 for parking if you prepay, same as us... you get to pay 12.50 for a $5 pizza... same as us... you get to save 10% off at "select" stores at the joe which are marked up by 30% at least... you get to pay $3.75 for a small pop, double for an adult pop... same as us... You get to prepay ALL the games of the season and eat the cost of the games you can't attend and can't sell... not the same as us who can go to any game and pay at the time decide to go....wheres the discount you ask? you tell me... that is why we dropped them this season. :flamingmad:

I put Offsides name on the list during the playoffs this season as I knew we would not be renewing this season.. SHE GOT AN E-MAIL to get them... the wait list is about zero.

I wonder what Mr. Moneybags would charge the poor season tickets here to have the team deliver the tickets out? I think it is great watching all the other teams do great stuff for fan interaction... My favorite is the Isles though with their Bowl with the players and a special night where you go to a restaruant and the players are all the servers... pretty cool stuff OTHER teams do for their fans.

Well at least they got their act together and started charging only $9 for the tickets as opposed to $22 they have been charging for the past few years. The hardest parts about those rows 24-25 is that they are in the corners where they flatten out in that cubby-hole. If you are going cheap the best place to sit is the LAST ROW that way you can stand up the entire time (no body behind you to yell at you) and you can stand on your chair if need be. Do not expect to see anything except the backs of heads from the row in front of you if you are sitting down... it is impossible. you MUST stand to see anything up there. Now I have seen Row 23 being sold for $9 in other games... that is a perfect seat, you are the at the top but you are the last row before it starts to flatten out so you can see much better while being in your chair. Once again $9 is WAY BETTER than the $22 they were charging up to this point.
