All i am saying is TALKING about doing the paycut thing doesn't make him a class act or show anything of his character... Actually doing it when the time comes to sign the contract that a different story. I think Nick is a great player, BUT i am not judging the validity of the "Classyness" of his character on what very well could turn out to be "empty Promises" just the same as truth... It was dumb of him to say that in the media... Now he almost has to take the pay cut or look like a donkey.... Well, lets hope he can stick to this quote when the offer sheets are actually placed in front of him... Things are easy to agree to when they are aar off in the future. Honestly there is not much too get... Some people see things differently while looking at the same plays and same exact people... I see this Injury of his as being a nagging one that will hamper him from here on out... Sure he is good when he is playing but there will come a time where eventually it will catch up to him and he will be as useless on the ice as some people Deemed Bert to be. I hope he gets better... but I just don't see it happening any time soon now. I am not ripping on Z only stating how I feel about his injury and the results it will pose... If you want ripping on players see posts from me about Dom.... that is ripping. Z, I am just concerned and since the wings are placing so much on his back ... it literally broke it and that could be a huge loss for us. The stuff said from you about Z are pretty much the same way I feel about Fedorov and his performance for us in the past... Other disagree... it is all good... There isn't much needed to be understood... people are all different and view things differently.

Everyone seemed to run bad back Bertuzzi out of town as he was useless with his nagging back injury and quickly gained another Bert V2.0 in Zeta young injured back... Dammit! Heres to hoping he will come back at least about a week before playoffs! Rest up lad... These take a long time to heal.

Also add that the TEAM doesn't really do many things to initiate any type of feelings for them other than playing puck. The Red Wings as an org are so "Hands off" to the fans that is it not even funny. Mr. I has taken any fan interaction with the team and tossed it out the window the longer and longer our playoff streak happened. how can you care passionantly for something you never get to have any interaction with other than watching them do their job. In the 90's players were doing autograph sessions left and right.... fan fests were happening at the joe to get the fans excited about the upcoming season... Training Camp is really the ONLY thing the team does that is fan friendly anymore and that is a good 6 hours from the suburbs of Detroit.... All we get now is "HEY DETROIT... GUESS WHAT? BECAUSE YOU ARE ALL SO SPECIAL TO US WE HAVE DECIDED TO FREEZE TICKET PRICES YET AGAIN!!!!!" oh yeah and, "KEEP A CLOSE EYE ON OUR SITE FOR WHEN OUR OVERPRICED TICKETS GO ON SALE"
