Well to be fair... Ottawa and Buffalo seem pretty damn lame also and lookie lookie who this thread is about. so you never know. Dammit... and I was SOOOO looking forward to kicking that kid in front of us in the teeth.

Actually, I wouldn't think twice about wearing an opposing teams jersey to the joe (for example if my favorite player was in town and I was going to see him) or wearing the oppsoing team jersey in another arena. I wore a NYI's jersey to the ACC during the 1st round a few years ago to support Ozzie. I've worn my blues Drake jersey in Chicago... I have one or two for every occastion I wouldn't think twice about doing that. But i see this issue mainly as a group of guys beating up women and that is just uncalled for on so many levels. I also wouldn't think twice about stepping in to stop such actions either... there is a line and that crosses it, no questions asked. People should not be afraid to support there team, no matter where they are playing. Fans need to know how to control themselves and arena security needs to be able to step up the plate also to help protect the fans.

Thats a pretty safe statement considering this is a different year with different defense and the fact that it well can never be proven one way or the other. Conversely... I don't see any reason why we couldn't advance with either of the two aforementioned in net this season... afterall our D seems to be the determining factors in many of the outcomes... They play good we win... they play bad... we lose. The forwards score... we win (well accept last night when we scored 3 and still lost or the game two before that) the forwards don't score we lose.

It may be nothing new... but it is outrageous... Guys beating up guys is dump... Guys beating up females... is just wrong!

Everyone is being so hard on Bert.... hell, he has netted a few goals in his first ever playoff stint with the wings... That is more than other forwards can say in their career with the wings!

I was more blown away by all the non-calls the didn't go Huddles way back in the Sharks series. He got tripped and hooked and held all the time with no calls. It wasn't his size that was getting him tossed around... it was the lack of calls that should have been called in his favor. Size doesn't matter when you are pulled down from behind on the way to the net.

Best 2 of 3 are always better... because they always end in home teams favor! Go Wings!

No matter what is said or isn't said... Last night was a HUGE win for the Mighty Phucks.... Would I say the wings are done? Not with 2 of three games left at home.... Boy you gotta wonder... the wings fans are being knocked at home because of "attendance" issues and yet the Wings are still powerhouses at the JLA. Gotta love that! Oddly the Mighty Phucks looked 100% better without Pronger than they ever did with him in the lineup. Perhaps they rely too much on one person.... either way, their goose is cooked.

I really don't see why it is too late for Ozzie... with the best of 3 series kicking off tomorrow afternoon. However, this is Doms series to win or lose... might as well keep with him to whatever end that brings.

I am all for keeping ozzie on the bench... He is the ringer that will never play... He has achieved the mighty DETROIT FANS BACKUP CAN DO NO WRONG LOVING STATUS AGAIN! I can live with that completely.

Over the regular season didn't care so much because we were guaranteed a playoff birth the second the puck dropped on game 1 of the season. In the playoffs when it is Best of 7.... now best of 3... all games are magnified to the nth degree. An exceptional SO performance when the team scored 5 can be destroyed by a string of not so stellar losing performances and "bad" bounces... Luckily this was only the 2nd this round. We have been in this situation each of the last two series. I more than welcome the Mighty Phucks to play catchup with us the entire round.... it works better for us!

Well damn... Pronger back series tied at 2 Punishment was all for not.
