Well actually he basically started the fight by stopping... Because he stopped and confronted them, the WORDS (aka the verbal abuse he said) elevated into Physical abuse. He cause more damage to himself, car and others by stopping... and i would have been besides myself in total rage if i found out my wife and kids went to the game WITHOUT me!!!!!!

The NHL should devise a "smart puck" that links via bluetooth to the refs whistle... when it is in play and not covered the refs Whistle will not work. if it fails then the league can review the play to see if there was intent (via motioning to the mouth with the whistle/hand)

I applaud pasha for trying his best to get on the stat sheets by roughing up Prongs... but i would really like him to get on their under the Goals/Assists....

Well true... but as i said you do it differently though... going at them trying to get them to stop by bringing up Cups is pretty well not the smartest. Sticks and stones will break my bones but names will never hurt me... They werent' physically abusing them.. words would be forgotten on the drive home.

Right on... I don't blame the refs anymore than I blame the once again PISS POOR effort by the Wings which made that final play such a deciding factor in the game. On the bright side the no-goal allowed many of us in Detroit to get to bed earlier than waiting 15mins for the Zamboni just to have the Wings blow it in OT. They are playing pathetic... thats all that can be said.

Several in the years past... but recently I went to 6 last year (Games 1, 2, 5 Preds) (Games 1, 2 Avs) (Game 2 Stars) and so far just 1 this year (game 1 against the ducks) but now that I have a 65" HD tv i kinda don't care about going down to the joe...bbqs and cheap booze all game long However, "if" they do joe vision i will surely go down there to see the road games.
