amen i love hockey, i am not narrowing it down to one specific team.... although my jersey collection and the 20+ wings jerseys does kinda lend to a more biased team out of the 30 exisiting. But at Columbus games i will wear my Nash jersey everytime to the joe... and once i get my Kesler jersey i will be wearing that every time the Canucks play here

the only impact the players are going to feel in the their pocket book during years active is A) caused by their own play and B) the salary cap if i can survive in a world between 30,000 a year (estimated to remain anonymous) they can surely survive in a world making up near 1,000,000 a year

i am not complaining on bit about the lower bowl being left empty... for the last 4 games i have been to (dating back through the 3rd round of the playoffs) i have been able to secure cheap ass tickets and sit in row 3-5 in the lower bowl. The only game i didn't was when i was at the pens game with my dad but we had row 3 in the upper bowl so it was pretty decent. I think if the wings want people in this state to attend they should have lowered ticket prices... not raised them.. Stanley cup or not. f*** a stanley cup victory doesn't put any more money into my pocket book now does it?!?! for instance the pic of Kesler in my avatar is Unzoomed shot from where i was sitting at the game... row 4 next to the bench. I paid a whooping $34 for my ticket :EDIT: Setting in section 122 row 3 tonight... so i know two fans going to the game!

check the bars around game time.. you will find them sipping on $3 24oz instead of paying for tickets and $8.75 beers at the joe. its relative... you have no money you don't go to where they are raping your wallets.

problem is most of the fans are circa cup win in 97 and just stuck around cause we haven't stopped winning... they don't know anything of real troubles. Which is why i laugh at the concerns of the team right now when we are still winning games. oh hell yeah.. i was on such a high at the pens game afterwards.. thats was freaking awesome. hell my friend and i were chanting SHOOT OUT when the canucks scored the 5th... We were on the Canucks bench for the most part so we were trying to spark the canucks to get another one! at this stage in the game if we are going to see fights... DAMNIT... we might as well see high scoring action

Sure he gave up a goal quick last night... but by god did you see the diving save he made shortly after... Its fitting how fans can go to YOU SUCK to OZZIE OZZIE in like 3 seconds flat.... Then again we are talking about people who only start the "lets go red wings" chant after a goal is scored now. I was lmao when Mickey was commenting how times have changed...
