All I can speak for is myself, & the reason I wasn't there is because I just bought a house & don't have the money to spend on a ticket. Though, if I did have money, that's exactly where it would go. I've been to the last two openers & it made me sad not to be there. Your free ticket offer is right up my alley.

A lot more people get ESPN than VS. ESPN comes with any cable you get. Where VS. is pretty selective. I know I'm forced to either go to BWWs, or my friend's for the games. So, if I have to work & the game's on VS. I'm screwed because I can't tape it. Horrible marketing, but I suppose a VS tv deal is better than no TV deal. :-/

I must say that you are welcomed around here. One think about this series with San Jose... For the first time, I saw a team do to us what we do to them, & I did not like it. The puck possesion & keep away. It was frustrating to say the least... Fortunately, we did it a little bit more. But still, the Sharks played a hell of a series & it was good competition. GO WINGS!

I like the Minnesota Wild. Minnesota is just a place that I think needs a hockey team. I was so pissed went the North Stars went from MINNESOTA to DALLAS. WTF? That & my uncle lives in Minnesota. That's the only family I have out of state. So, it seems right. I really like their colors & jerseys, too. I just wish Gaborik would quit getting injured.
