Does anyone have a site that my show a complete list of man games lost for the season?

Best part is, we have players on this team right now that are holding us back. Once the Clearys and co. are gone, a lot of GR will be pushing. We seem like we have massive depth in both defense and offense in the next few years. I believed this year was; If Babcock missed the playoffs he would have been held responsible, however if the team got in despite everything, he deserves the damn Jack Adams.

I've always hated Minn. so I would find it hilarious if they choke again, not to mention the Parise/Suter thing (though I didn't really care if we got either). I'm sorry but I disagree with everything you say. It seems like he gives up the puck faster and easier than anyone else on the ice, but to each there own Loved the win. Abby (who I've dogged up until recently) really has started to look good. Franzen at center is a good move as well. Also the Brunner/Nyquist combo is lethal

Nope I get the point, and 100% agree. That's why I said Babs and Holland deserve to be criticized. I don't want to see Cleary, Sammy, Bert, White play another game in a Wings uniform. I'm simply pointing out that we have had a pretty big youth movement; especially for the Red Wings. But it's not like Holland intended on playing all this youth, so his credit is limited, besides where the f*** is a goal scorer?

I some what agree. I think Holland/Babcock have not brought their A game this season. However people seem to forget how much turn over and youth we have seen this year. We all know about the departures on defense but think of all the new players (or expanded to actual playing time) Emmerton, Smith, Kindl, (all full time basically) then Tatar, Nyquist, Andersson, Murzak, Brunner, Dekeyser, Lashoff.

Wings played good enough to win, they didn't . Hopefully we can turn it around and go on a streak to close out the season.

Just curious why do you think Cleary is competing so hard? It seems like the moment he has pressure on him he just throws the puck. Whenever he has the puck it's a turnover. But we all watch the game differently so just want to see your reasoning.

So do a lot of other stars. Of course most of them also are surrounded with more talent or better work ethics. Can someone explain why we have sat, Brunner, Eaves, Tootoo, Nyquist, etc. Yet Dan Cleary continues to play....

I know Cleary hasn't been on the top line in a few weeks, but when Brunner was 1st moved Cleary still continued to play on that line, it also was to further point out that certain players promotions and demotions can be up for plenty of debates. Nobody is saying he is equal to the Euro twins in skill but he is the 3/4 offensive threat behind them, 3rd in some eyes because Franzen can be a lazy *****, 4th because while they have the same points Franzen has it in less games. Brunner is doing just fine.

Demoted to the 3rd line, while Abby and Cleary have remained on the 1st no matter how many games they were garbage. 14 game, goal slump, he was still putting up assists and one of only consistant offensive threats. I guess we disagree with the logic behind Babcocks "demotions" though. I will say I'd rather him on the 3rd line at the moment because I feel the top 6 has looked great,and he looks pretty damn good with Andersson as well, add Helm and that line would be ******* scary. The Wings are slowly building themselves a hell of a playoff push roster in my opinion: Abby/Dat/Z, Flip/Mule/Nyquist, Burnner/Helm/Anderson, Cleary, Tatar, Tootoo.

I maybe the only one here that thinks this but Mickey Redmond sucks and needs to just retire. He also would hate on Brunner while riding Abby and Cleary's 30 game pointless streak or whatever it was. He is always bitching about something, and is 90% wrong, his schtick has gotten old.

Brunner to me has had a great evolution this year. I know he hasn't put up the goals as the season went on, but he and Datsyuk are the only consistant offensive threats we've had. Like you I think Brunner is doing just fine, Lashoff for a rookie is ok to me, nothing special. Nyquist is looking great now!

To be fair, people also were screaming for the Wings to get Scott Hannan from the Avs, and I watch a lot of Av's games he was horrible. The only thing I wish Holland would have done is unload White and a few other players for some picks, but other then that I believe Holland played this smart. The Wings have to much pride to destroy the streak (which I'm happy) and they'll make the playoffs, but they aren't also going to hedge their bets on this season being a major contender. So here we are.

True, but I think the point is that for getting paid $7.5 mill and producing at that clip, he will be crucified as bad as Mule. Look at how bad some of our players get it even if they are on a pace of points = pay

I'd rather not take on another terrible contract for an under producing player, who is injury prone, and making more than anyone else on the team
