The only thing I liked about the show was when Mike would blow-up and get all worked up on air, throwing headset down etc. Met him at Doc's for fantasy football - he's really like that - gets worked up real easy. Got him going about how Harrington was a good QB just needs more time and a line - man he blew up ; it was great!! HAH

Foster is at it again in today's paper - pushing for Forsberg. Wrote a long article about how the Wings need Pete - where's Valente to put him in his place - but then again neither of them know anything about hockey. Don't think I've ever heard either of them even mention the sport itself. My vote for Doan.

OK, back on topic. How does Angel look? I've heard he is pretty agile on his skates for a big man and were considering playing him on left wing.

Would love to see Modin in the winged wheel; but I'm banking on the possibility of Kenny looking at the off season free agents and not tying his hands before then.

If I understand correctly, management can replace Fischer if he's out (injured) but would need to get back at or under the cap if Fsicher ever comes back. Who knows? Fischer is done. No one would touch him- esp insurance houses. His contract would be laughable with all the clauses and considering his condition: who would take the risk without knowing if he is playing for ten years or one day.

From what I remember, I though Bykov played pretty responsible D. Not extremely physical though but if he is cheap enough and in the "NEW NHL" he might be a good fit. With the constant rash of "pulled groins" not a bad insurance policy. Thoughts??(I know it is all far fetched; but what the hell.)

St. Louis anyone? He wqas let go because thought to small-It has to do with heart. It is seen in every sport. He's still young and unless the wings get the perfect deal, hold onto him. He still is developing and leading the AHL in scoring.

From a business perspectivce he's chewing up most the budget. You could have 3 quality players instead of one of him. Yes he's a great p[layer, but love for the player should not overshadow the good of the company. I brought this up at the beginning of the year and everyone was coming after me with torches and a noose.

Oh Lord No, no no no. There was a reason no one else made him an offer and even St Louis let him go; doesn't anyone else this as a problem. No one else wanted him. I'd rather have the MacDonald or Jimmy in net.
