Tre Kronor is the team to beat, easily. Sorry folks, but I'll be cheering for them. The way Team USA 's management has acted has just really put me off.

You're right on. The lack of consistent play and attitude with this year's team is their Achilles heel. Every team has a bad night now and again, but the amount of nights this season where an AHL team could have kicked the Wings ass is unprecedented in my young life.

Team Canada can't figure out teamwork. Horrible coaching job, these are kids and that should be easy to overcome.

HA. Seriously, whats the problem here? Improper conditioning? Babs' preferred style of play and not noticing he doesn't have those kinds of players on his roster? Do the Wings need some new trainers? This is ridiculous. I noticed Babs making a comment on 24/7 about his preference to make practices optional...but that he wasn't doing that these days "with all the kids around".

Haha...I saw this article today and was pretty happy. Helene finally takes a stand on something...and since she won't be able to show her face in the locker room for a while, it must be an indication of how bad things really are. -
I guess the big question is, how much longer until Howard is benched for a while? Monster should be starting... But you know how this team works.

Heh....JR says the Wings suck this year? I suppose he knows a lot about that... They don't, they just are ignoring the absolute necessity of tweaks and changes. Status Quo approaches are going to put the team in the basement.
