Sweet series. Like many of you, this is my second priority after the Wings, of course. Leafs in 7. Why? Because they haven't been in the playoffs since Bush was president. AND YZERMAN WAS STILL PLAYING! Plus, these two teams haven't met in the playoffs since 1974. Way before I was born lol.

Since nobody wants to read the Sensationalist Hockey Page. I think its the dying print media...there is less money for quality sports writers, so they end up hiring some ****** that doesn't know jack about the game straight out of college. Absolutely. They developed and brought the kind of momentum that they need to dominate, right into the playoffs. They only get 2 days off, so I don't see how it won't carry right through. Any kind of return of Helm, Bert, etc...will only be a bonus. Now, what about black aces? The Griffs are in the playoffs.

I wonder if we can bring Hakan over to the front office anytime soon, leaving Lids to head up swedish scouting (which he is already doing anyway). That would be huge.

No, they added an extra day to the season for the make-up game. Its on Sunday night.

Kronner gave some of this thoughts on a new arena to Cotsonika: I just don't see how they can refurb it without moving the team elsewhere for a season. So I guess the question is... The Palace for a season, and then back to a refurbished Joe or A brand-new arena which seems years away.

Some of the tie breakers past ROW bother me. There really should be a special tie breaker game played, not whatever team has a better goal differential or some bs.

Well, they could use the exterior to create a facade like they did with the arena in London, Ontario. Previously, a 150 year old building was there.
