St. Louis and LA have done us a huge favor with wins over Dallas and Columbus. As it stands going into the next game... Detroit (9th) has a 48.5% chance of making the playoffs, Dallas (10th) has a 26.6%, and Columbus (8th) a 25.4%. Detroit has 2 games in hand over Columbus, and a 2 game ROW advantage. Detroit has 1 game in hand over Dallas, but a 2 game ROW disadvantage. Still an uphill battle, but there is light up ahead at the end of the tunnel.

Um yeah. We have the same statistical chances of making the playoffs as Columbus, which is 40%. It's not over.

I agree with you, watching the last couple CBJ games really impressed me as far as the passion they're playing with. They're hungry, and they want a playoff spot way more than the Wings seem to.

HA I like Howie, but you're right. Whats with the mental dullness that this team keeps showing? Is this a coaching problem? We keep seeing good players make brain farts. Would this be happening if they were in another organization? I have no idea, but I think its a legit question.

Holland has really bungled the management of some of these guys. As everyone is saying, we're giving Cleary a spot over Tatar? At least clear out some of the s*** to make space for guys like this. And the logjam at D? We have 3 guys rotating into the 7th spot lol. Ridiculous. -
Did you guys see the effort that Foligno made to set up the winning goal for the Jackets? Yeah...Wings could use some of that.... That's not the first tie-breaker now. ROW (Regulation/OT Wins) is the first tie breaker, and the Wings currently are winning that by two, at least.

The Wings just dropped an epic 24.9% from their combined loss and Columbus's win. Detroit now has a 40.3% chance of making the playoffs, while Columbus has 40.4%. -
Price is a freaking embarrassment. I have no idea what is wrong with him, but the Habs have a huge problem on their hands, just before the playoffs.

It goes back even further lol. The Wings have been like that since forever. I think Columbus will continue to give the Wings a run for their money, which is probably a really good thing at this point. Phoenix basically bows out, eh?
