you guys are nuts, he's one of the most valuable players on the Wings, as valuable as Draper. he may not score much but whens the last big mistake he's made? he's awesome on the penalty kill and does his job well every night, throws checks, takes checks, hes a much classier version of Avery plus he's durable, he and Lidstrom are the only players to play every game this year, he's only missed 6 games in the last 6 years

he uses his left hand on the net and pushes up with his right on his stick on the ice while jumping, not really as difficult as it looks, since he is 6'4" tall and the net is 4' tall

Well last night at drop in I experienced my first goalie injury. I took a slap shot right in the throat. Somehow it got underneath my protector. Hurt like hell.

If we get Bertuzzi, he can have 44. I know none of this really matters much, but I dont really wanna have to change my Datsyuk jersey.

I think the back and forth grind with Nashville will either get us mentally ready for the playoffs or wear us down to the point that we're useless starting round 1
