Move to Detroit if you're a Wings fan. I'm sure the game was shown in its entirety there. Don't expect Los Angeles to accomodate the entire nation.

You said it yourself. It was "once the greatest rivalry." Pittsburgh/Philadelphia will always be strong. It's the nature of intrastate matchups. You should vote to see your team and have them seen by others, but it's childish to cut down the other game just because it's not what you want.

Do Flames and Oilers fans look at each other and say "I don't get it. What's the big deal?" I don't see the point in cutting down an intra-division rivalry. Some of you guys long for the glory days of playing the Leafs, but you can't relish something that's been developing for 15+ years now? Rivalries make sports fun. Don't pick it apart too much or you'll ruin it. -

Not to be a jerk or anything, but being that the Wings are down to the Oilers, I don't like their chances against many other teams. There's simply nothing great about Edmonton when compared to the rest of the field. I'll probably end up eating my words, though.
