Looks like Hudler only played 10 minutes so I'm wondering where he ended up. 2. How did Abby look centering the third line, if indeed that's where he ended up playing?

I'll tell you guys something. The NHL needs an NFL style review system where the REF can watch the play and make a decision, not some guys up in Toronto. Both the May goal and Pens goal (barring any conspiracy) would have been called correctly. Keep in mind, the Refs on the ice can't visualize the play very well a minute or two after it happens, they have to take their recollection, combine it with what some guy on the phone is saying, and then try to determine stuff like when did I intend to blow the whistle. Something is bound to be lost in translation and all this theoretically could be fixed if the ref could watch the play with headphones for sound.

This, though I do feel kind of guilty critizing Lidstrom.

Looks more like shoulder to shoulder in slow motion replays. Tough for a ref to make that call live since it looks like solid contact to the head, but I don't think the league should hand out a suspension after looking at replays.

Ya, I don't know about 70, but 60 with 15 power play points is probably reasonable.

This topic is shocking to me. Can't believe people on this board are picking Lebda over Erickson. That said, I'll admit I haven't been able to watch much Wings hockey on TV this year, so the only image I have of Erickson is from last year, when I was fairly impressed. Is he pushing too much on Offense, is his positioning off, just can't visualize how he could be worse then Lebda!
