What's wrong with that is the fact that he wears #81 for the Wings. When you pay $20-$25 and shipping for a product, you expect to receive the correct product.

The Wings were very sloppy but also played well at points during the game. Several times it looked like Hossa was just shot out of a cannon my god that guy is fast. Give it a few more games and that line will be unstoppable they just have to get some chemistry together. It was a disappointing loss but whatever it's the first game of the season not to mention they were raising the banner. Maybe that awesome ceremony gave the young Leafs something to play for.

Franzen simply because my girlfriend bought me a sweet Franzen jersey with the cup patch on it. But seriously, I'd like to say let the season play out but I really like having both homer and mule to stand in front of the net like they do and pick up those garbage goals. I could be saying something different in 10 months if Hossa has a huge year although if that happens he'll probably be commanding too much money.

While I think Radulov can do what he wants I also think he should be made to honor his contract. It's just going to hurt him in the long run since people will question his loyalty wherever he goes now. Hope he has fun playing for the Putin Cup. -
Last time I checked on ticketmaster, most tickets for any team this season go on sale sometime around September 20th, give or take a few days depending on the team.

Hatcher and Lang. Never liked Hatcher and was all about the Lang acquistion at first but he never panned out mostly because he was lazy.

Haha I really can't believe they think Babcock tried to say something Hossa about coming to Detroit, what garbage. They're reaching to the stars to try to find an excuse as to why he would choose Detroit over Pitt besides the fact that the Wings are better. They wouldn't want to admit that.

Incompetent, biased, whatever you wanna call him you cannot deny his excitement (or forget it in some of those wings moments posted above) when it came to announcing. I was 11 when Yzerman scored that goal and I'll never forget it, mostly due to Thorne's call.

Nash is overrated, however he did have 54 points in 54 games in the 05-06 season so injuries stopped his production that year. Nonetheless, still overrated. I still think Z might be one of the most underrated players, I don't think he gets as much recognition as he should. Dats gets more than he does and you could argue Z is better than him (but I'm not going to since they are both on my team :beerbuddy: )

no brainer with zetterberg, but after getting hossa I wondered if there was a chance they might let franzen go after this season. Good to hear kenny isn't going to let that happen mainly because my sweet franzen jersey will be good for more than a year now haha.

I have three full small shelves of these. I think I have 2 Yzermans (one hoisting the cup, easily my favorite), Lang, Cujo, Hull, Zetterberg, Datsyuk, Chelli, Federov and Lidstrom are all I can think of right now. I need to get at least one Gordie and I'm waiting til they come out with a Franzen one that comes with an interchangable mule head.

NHL.com has Hossa jerseys for sure, but I would wait til the end of the season to purchase one. I hate buying a jersey and the guy ends up leaving in a year or two (ie Ben Wallace, thanks buddy for making me waste $50)

Maybe I'm a little hard on them, but I'm disappointed and call the season a failure any time they don't win the cup (except for MAYBE 06-07 since they moved on past the second round).
