Yeah that game winner in overtime doesn't count i guess.

It's been proven time and again, anything can happen in a 7 game series. Vancover by no means is "unbeatable".
-
If your racist or predjudice, then I guess you'd think he'd have some ground for that comment.
-
We get it O ye of little faith. Do you really have to say it in every thread? I bet you'll be the first one rubbing it in the other teams face when the Wings beat them in a series.
-
Dom cost that goal no doubt. He also saved 2 or 3 sure goals, had a huge stop on Iginla.
-
Cleary might be back too.

"I'm not talking about expansion here.......... but if you could put an NHL team in any city without having to worry about any financial reasons or whatever where would you put a team?" Just answering the question as worded.
-
Yeah, those new form fitting ones, at least it'll still have the same design.

Hartford, Winnipeg, Quebec.

I'd like to see what a line of bert-dats-homer could do, before the playoffs get going.

Stars president 'sick' of Predators' overall attitude
bringback91 replied to Salviaman's topic in General
So basically they didn't want the hockey world to see how classless their fanbase is? Yeah, that was such a mighty slash to the back , what a joke. Their whole organization seems like a bunch of weasles to me. -
Who has been your biggest disappointment

Whatever, if that is the case, then maybe some more people in this world should be on one too. Say what you will, at least I'm not afraid to voice my opinion on things, without worrying if it's P.C. or who'll get upset. On a message board or talking out loud. Nah, no worries, nothing personal, how could it be? You don't know me from Adam, but the one thing that bothered me is you acted as if I had no first-hand knowledge of the situation, so I shouldn't have any opinion on it. Other than that, no got no problems. I don't think I ever denounced her, never damned her to anything or anything of the sort. I think she's in the wrong, but really who cares? People think I'm in the wrong for thinking that way, great more power to ya! No, I see the points of others on the flip side, and I disagree with them. So am I more wrong for sticking to my views, or should I patronize them and act like I agree? I consider others views, but as you say how can there be a constructive discussion if I don't respond with my opinion? But no, it's not up to me to judge her that's correct, and I'll never say I'm better than anyone, cause believe me I'm not, I just wish people would put some more thought into there futures before getting married. Thanks you too, whenever that maybe. Nah, I'm good, I usually stick to hockey on here, that just caught my eye and I felt pretty bad for the guy, what more can he lose you know?

Well, that's not really the issue I had. (money) that was one line out of the post, but I'd also assume that insurance along with the Wings organization picked up most of that tab. Not judging his wife alone, as much as I am society as a whole on the issue. I find it funny when people type "don't judge people" yet they judge themselves in there posts. My question is, if you don't think you can live up to the vowes, why take them? IF they didn't take them, and just got a marriage lisence fine I guess, although I still view it as a cop out. As did I, but apparently I'm on a "soap box". I'm actually pretty good today, my coffee's about gone, bout to go to lunch. Thanks though.
-
Not on a soap box buddy, but I don't think you should assume what me or my family know about the issue, although it's clear you know nothing. It seems easy for you to type on a message board what people should or shouldn't think, why can't I?

Preds overall are a class less team and organization. Probably better they didn't make an announcement, they just would've came up with some ultra-clever "you suck" type chant about it. I'm pretty sick of hearing or reading about them to tell the truth. -
Tough s***. "for better or worse.....til DEATH do you part". "What the Red Wings do let the media know is clear--Vladdie will never regain his full cognitive abilities, but "the Vladinator's" still in there:" Stood by for ten years hoping he'd get better?! What is the guy freaking super human? Then she should have no problem not keeping anything she's gained throughout the marriage then no? (money, things) That's the problem now days, most people think marriage is a glorified boy friend-girl friend thing. Your not just supposed to "break up" when things get tough. These are things you should consider when getting married, especially to someone who is in a "dangerous" occupation.

So much for "through sickness and health.." huh?

I think your leaving out some important numbers when it comes to getting a contract done. First of all .... NHL Totals:GP:352 G:102 A:215 Pts:317+/-:77PIM: 97 like it or not regular season counts for alot, and those are some pretty damn good numbers. Secondly: look at the number of games played in said year. After 02 (the cup win, see no reason to complain about him that year,) not much of a chance to get alot done.Games played is a stat often overlooked when you take out the 21 from 02. Besides the stiff goaltending faced, which is so easily overlooked by fans, but not Wings brass. Career Playoff Stats Season GP G A P +/- PIM 2001-2002 21 3 3 6 1 2 2002-2003 4 0 0 0 -3 0 2003-2004 12 0 6 6 1 2 2005-2006 5 0 3 3 0 0 In comparison everyone on heres golden boy Z, 11 pts. in 22 games. exclude last year you get 5 pts. in 16 games. Yet after one year he's considered the answer and a perenial playoff performer? I mean I like Z he's the man, but the bias is dumb. It's clear some just don't want Dats around, that's better to be said, then to act like playoff goals are the only reason. Anyway, sign the guy up, and I'll let his play continue to do the talking.

RotoWire.com Staff - RotoWire.com Tuesday, March 13, 2007 Update: Fedorov, who played two periods on defense in Saturday's game, will likely remain on the blue line on Wednesday, the Columbus Dispatch reports. Yeah that sounds like someone who doesn't care about winning. Sounds like he's doing exactly what the team needs/wants from him. They must still have some faith in him. The guy's still awesome.
-
Well, I didn't. But the fact remains that even as a more elite and better player, even Steve struggled. I think that's more the point then saying there numbers and ablity are/were the same.
-
I wouldn't expect him to though, I mean he's Stevie Y. No one is saying Dats is one of the greatest players to ever lace up the skates.
-
No, he took it off after the fight was over and the refs had them seperated. right before his salute to the crowd like he'd done something great.
-
Quite true, it's a damn shame too. He'll be a UFA after next season, come back to the Wings at a home town discount.
-
That's usually how it goes, no?
