Period started out decent enough... soon turned into a crapfest on ice. I'm sure we'll hear how it's the Wings' old legs that just can't deal with back to back games. Perhaps. I honestly don't know why they just fell apart as the period wore on. Ok, so Plan A of "get first goal and keep getting goals" is a bust. Time for Plan B... which I hope involves Matt Cooke picking his face out of the glass after a completely legal hit from Stuart. This just in... Maxi-pad Talbot is a ******* *****.

Ditto! I tried it once during the season, but it just didn't work. However, I DID come back to the ol' computer to listen between periods rather than listening to whatever talking heads were blathering on about Crosby (when the Pens weren't even playing that night), no less. Damn, I miss Mickey and Ken from the 70+ regular season games I caught courtesy of Center Ice. VS. sucks... and NBC is little better.

I'd love to see Kronwall and Stuart make a sandwich with Crosby as the "meat" and watch his "Is that pubic hair or is that your beard?" covered head pop off, bounce off MAF's butt and go in the goal. Ok, I don't want his head to pop off... but a nice crushing hit to Crosby would be a nice way to start the second. C'mon Kronner... Hav-flatten him!
