Some of us have always known Ozzie was awesome. We should have never let him go. I'm glad for what he's doing. All of the naysayers can't say he couldn't have brought us Cup Victory way back when we decided to let him go...oh well about that. Here's hoping he brings home another one!

We really better take advantage of this. I feel like if we don't we'll lose momentum. If we get one early I'm confident we'll win the game though. This might sound strange but I prefer a close game (even a tie or 1 goal down) to a blowout because we start playing sloppy when we have a big lead often.

You didn't use one cuss word there (which means you secretly respect my opinion). Anyway I wouldn't say cuss words so much annoy me as weaken the argument of the person using them. You can only effectively use cuss words if you use them sparingly and with emphasis.

We just need more play like this from the Wings and we will win.

I was going to, but then I found out that it annoys you and so I have something else to give a speech about. I don't think that it is necessary for you to use cuss words to make your point. It is rather rude and unnecessary. I especially didn't like it when you used the Lord's name in vain. Oh, and I wasn't saying people weren't fans...just that they were bad fans. Oh, and it's a message board and if people can say whatever they want about the team, I can say what I think about that. If I could think of anything else to add that would annoy you I would.

I have a problem with the cutting down of the team. I think it's legitimate to be frustrated when you know they aren't living up to their potential but there's a line between that and being well "$#$@%, @##%# Red Wings #%^&% suck now, they are embarrassing" and pointing out what could be done better. I don't know how you can love the team and treat them like crap like that, honestly. But I think that it's more of just loving winning..being addicted to the feeling of winning and always wanting that first time feeling again. I'm only bringing this up at the fact that people wonder about any optimism by fans...this is why, because some of us actually like the team.

The Red Wings are like a good friend. Not one player, but the team as a whole. I want them to do well. I'm disappointed if they don't, but I don't start cutting them down the second they falter..just not my style. A lot of people trash their friends behind their backs though and I'm sure those are the types who completely cut down the team after a few bad plays/games/etc. even after all they've given the fans. Honestly, I like them win or lose

Oh, it will never end. They could be raising the Cup and people will still be re-tooling the team and bashing the players.
