No, it's like...someone said something positive about Ozzie and you felt the need to post a freaking 2 page report on how Ozzie's not as good as Dom, even though everyone knows that Hasek's one of the best ever. What is the point? Seriously. And then, Puckaloo just likes to poke me with a stick. No one's said bad stuff about Hasek here, there's not need to drag in DNA evidence that Hasek is higher on the evolutionary scale than Osgood. GRAR.

Let me assess the situation here: OMGZ! Someone said something GOOD about Ozzie...OH NOES! QUICK say really good stuff about Hasek...we cannot stand for Ozzie to be as good as Hasek...even in...lyke knitting. Hasek IZ LYKE the best knitter EVER. Numbers only tell part of the story. Ozzie has NEVER had any impact on the Wings at all...you are right. Well, except for a negative impact. Any blithe mention that Ozzie could even deserve to breath the same air as Hasek is just...preposterous. BTW, I can use big words too, but I find that sarcasm just works better for me. Just for the record. Whoever is in the losing team's net always lets in the game winning goal. Too bad Hasek's never been ousted from the playoffs or you'd know that. Apparently, though, it doesn't have any bearing at all on his accomplishments, you felt that need to needle in that little point, no? Well, let's either hope that Hasek doesn't go down, or that it doesn't really matter what you think.

No doubt Dom is a big part of our success right now...as was Legace last year. As was Osgood when he was #1 here, and continues to be as backup as we continue to win with him in net. But here's a really easy equation for you...Dom and Oz both have lead this team to a Cup, so they are both capable and 2 of the few netminders currently playing that have a Cup to their name. Luckily, Dom will probably BE PERFECTLY fine and so we won't have to worry about it. But don't act like regular season success guarantees us playoff success.

Lang will be good in the playoffs and that's what we need.

2 games is nothing. It's IN two games when they say...OH yeah..it's worse than we thought that everyone will start pushing the panic button. But as long as it's only 2 games...it's okay. Anyway, Ozzie'll be fine.

I can't wait to watch him play on a Red Wing's line. I hate to think that it might be up near a month! Get well soon, Bert! Yeah, I honestly didn't want anyone at the deadline except him.

Who cares if other teams didn't want him. Other teams AREN'T the RED WINGS. We got him for basically NOTHING which is awesome...not at all a bad thing. If he turns out to be a dud...well who cares. If he turns out to be anything better than that...well we just made one of the best deals ever. It's totally win, win.

I have all of Ozzie's jersies. I figure if he's on enough teams I won't have to worry I have lots of Fedorov's Other Red Wings I have: Legace and Whitney *sigh* I've been putting off Lang for a year because everyone ******* about him so much. I think I bought one of the first EVER Hudler jersey for my friend. She got it signed by him a couple years ago. ha ha. *covets* haha! Yeah, at least Zetterberg is still on the team!

Ha ha, MOI How very well you know me. Brandon already tried to buy one but the NHL wouldn't let him. But you know, I don't have a Lang jersey yet? Why? Hasek is like an old couch. He's finally been here long enough, that people are just accustomed to him being here even if they don't really like him. When he leaves, he will be missed, despite what people felt about him when he was here.

If we could get Sergei back we could boo him every night!

Poor Kenny takes all the heat. It's good to see him getting some good ratings. Credit where credit is due...and all that! I say A+. I mean, Todd Bertuzzi is one of the few people we could get that would make a true difference...and probably the only one who we could get for practically nothing. As far as Calder goes, that remains to be seen, but I think that most were fed up with Williams, and it's probably good for him to be somewhere else. Also, kudos for NOT giving up Lang, who will do well in the playoffs, most likely...or Hudler...just because :-D I like that our team is mainly in tact (it's a GOOD TEAM PEOPLE) but still added some awesomeness!

Todd is not the first 'questionable' player we've had on our roster, and he won't be the last. And we've beloved all those other players...people should give him a little chance before berating him, you'll be sorry later if you find you actually like him on the team and you have to take it all back. It is a good move. We didn't really lose anything. If he doesn't work out, we don't re-sign him, and he is a good player. Everyone wanted grit, but only if it comes in some form of an imaginary player who's never hit anyone? Very confusing

I'm happy! This is one player that I actually wanted, and I thought could fill a role on the team. Hopefully he will fit right into our system, like I have a suspicious he will :-D With all the other 'questionable' and/or 'controversial' players we've had, and loved, I'm sure he'll be a fan favorite in no time.
