You are all talk. Whining about people whining...what a hypocrite. You want people to give you tickets but don't really have the fortitude to make a few hour trip. If you pony'd up the dough and went to the game to watch them lose you would have a place to critisize the OP. What a horrible comeback. Because you don't really have a leg to stand on... I'm really, really glad that you live 4 hours away so that you can never attend games. First of all, it gives you a good excuse not to attend but to be able to critisize the loyal who are fed up with ticket prices, and second I won't ever have to see your face at the Joe.

Hey, hey now. Lang had a good game yesterday.

Hudler's made more of 8 minutes a game (as has Flip) than a lot who've played 20 mins/per. He wasn't ever HORRIBLE, he was getting bounced, yes, but most of that stuff should have been called.

The Wings don't lay down and die. It was one game. Now they will have the fire to play a good 60 minutes...nay, 120 minutes. Because we are going to take the next 2 on the road. I feel it!

The fact is that even if you can't use injuries as an excuse they DO impact the game. Depending on the extent and nature of the injury you will 1) not play 2) play but not well or 3) play and not be overly affected by it. Schneider isn't playing because of his injury but I'm not going to rag on him because he shouldn't have an excuse. All of the guys who are playing injured are valiant in my opinion, but if it gets to the point they are a liability out there they should be sat. Right now I'm guessing that Babs figures that an injured Calder or Bert must be a greater asset in than out, so they are playing...I guess we'll see what happens.

Ha ha, I hate Pronger. Despite their awesome 5-5ness they barely won the last game, so we'll see...

Ha ha ha. Why are you talking about distance? YOU were the one who wanted people to give up their tickets so that you could have a shot. Why do you want a shot if you aren't going to go anyway?? That's just dumb. IMO, if someone has a right to ***** about the team it's the person who just spent $1000 to see the game. Now, look at the bolded part. That's what everyone's doing...not going and giving others a shot and no one's stepping up to the plate to buy the tickets..which is why we're not selling out. I can't justify spending more money for the playoffs 16 games than I did for the ENTIRE 41 game regular season. That just seems silly. And if you DO drop that kind of money...and then they lose...it's HEARTBREAKING...so maybe you should just stfu because you obviously don't know what you are talking about.

Huddles should play if someone is injured and it is hurting their game. You know, I think Huds got sat because of the Sharks series. He was getting manhandled. But the thing was most of the time it SHOULD have been a penalty, but we never get the calls. It was really, really frustrating to see him get good scoring chances and getting drug down to the ice EVERY TIME. Bad reffing has really hurt Hudler's game. Still, he should get another chance. I dunno. I feel bad because I think this bad hand situation is going to hurt Calder's chances of being signed, and the fact that Bert isn't 100% will hurt his chances. I hope not..I'd like to see both as Wings next season.

Sad thing is...he's not a Ducks fan either I don't think... it's hard to tell his affiliation by his posts though isn't it

Where was the Hasek retiring petition last game? Yeah, that is because he has been very, very good. That would be like saying Lidstrom should retire over one or two defensive mistakes. There's no logic in that.

I never really felt like we had this one...but I was really *hoping* we'd go up by 2 games...but really, did I expect to...nah...

It sucked. I'm not too bummed though. I feel like we will still win the series. And everytime I post my avatar is just SO happy that it cheers me up.

Oh...boo. I was hoping we'd win. I HATE going to OT and losing...it's the worst feeling. At least it was in the first OT, though. *sigh*
