That was pretty cool watching them switch it from basketball to hockey. I know a lot of people want Dallas to win, but I'm rooting for Vancouver.

Versus is just horrible. I pretty much hate every aspect of it.

Thanks Yes, it will change after every win. Which gives me a lot more work...let me tell you I'm also very bored with the whole idea of Anaheim v. Minnesota...I have no interest in that series at all.

The atmosphere at the Joe was crazy today. I got to talk to a few very nice Flames fans...and rib them a bit...it was fun, but all nice, no bitterness...I don't think. I always feel bad for people who travel so far just for their team to lose (as it's happened to me a number of times) Also, I agree. I don't like it when people run players who came back from an injury...or hit to intentionally injure. Unfortunately I saw a lot of that in game one at Zetterberg so I don't have a ton of sympathy right now. I know when Bert comes back it'll be the same for him.

Ugh, I agree. And I'm sick of hearing about Crosby. Watched the game in the background whilst celebrating OsGod's birthday. I'm actually looking forward to the next Stars/Nucks game! But I'm already getting tired from having to get up *SO EARLY* for today's game

Awesome game. By far the best I've been to this year. We were surrounded by Calgary fans...soooo that was fun But it was all good fun. I'm so glad Dats is getting it done...I would hate to hear how he isn't doing anything after every game. If Calgary thinks they are suffering now, I can't wait till BIG BERT gets back...I'm getting sick of them running our smaller guys. And for the love of all that is hockey...please keep in Hudler and Flip...they are fantastic!

Ha ha, yeah, well that's true, but a lot of people do think I'm a guy. Which makes no sense, because I don't really think I post like a guy. Anyway, I will have 2 small signs. One says "Blow Out the Flames" and another says "Go Wings! Go Hudler!"

Ha ha, we should. I always try to meet up with HC at games and it never works out, though we've seen each other 1 time. But because of crowds, etc, it never works out. Keep an eye out for us, I will be wearing one of the few Todd Bertuzzi jersies. And OsGod (who will be with me) will be wearing the only Rivers jersey in existance that a fan owns. I might be wearing an Ozzie hat...or a visor, or something even more festive...we'll see PS. I'm a girl. I say this becaue I get so many "You are awesome, man" 's in the graphic thread

Well, I don't make a lot of predictions...but I was at game 1 and they won, so hopefully they will win game 2 as well (which I will also be at). Also, unlike a lot of you, I hope we still haven't sold out, so that I can move down to lower seats GO WINGS! I hope Huddles has a big game, I'd like him to make him into my sig, just in case he's bumped by Big Todd next game. PS. lol thanks Giant Robot

Um, the ticket prices are RIDICULOUS, that's why. I hope they lower them. You shouldn't DOUBLE ticket prices in the playoffs...even if it is the Wings...it's a rip-off. BTW, was everyone who is so embarrassed by the non-sellout AT the last game? Going tonight as well? No one should be embarrased to not have the money to shell out $150+ dollars per night for 3 hours of entertainment no matter what it's for.

It's probably calculated. The doctor's probably said...yeah you can play, but you are more likely to get injured right now. Since we are up 1 game they probably figured better let him sit one, than put him in and have him risk re-aggrivating it and losing him for a series, or the rest of the playoffs.

See there is the problem Bert runs into Ozzie. Everyone thinks Ozzie is dead. But you forgot that Ozzie is *USED* to flipping people twice his size. He's a pro at flipping people. Bert had NO chance.

I'm glad Huddles will be in, but this really sucks. I hope that he will be back in the lineup soon!

Ha ha, very true *pictures Sammy playing beer pong with Lang* All I've heard for, well, YEARS...is how we are too soft of a team and we need some grit. There's no way we can sit Bert. He's not ONLY grit..he's a very skilled player. He can also rack up the points. They'll put him on a line with Lang and Calder, I think, and it'll be awesome.

I totally agree. If not a rivalry...the Preds are the closest that WE HAVE to a rivalry. I think some people still hang on to the fact that they want a Wings/Avs rivalry...but they aren't a good enough team anymore...and all the players we hated are gone. In any case, there's always a lot of buzz here when we play you guys. The Preds/Wings matchup would be CRAZY. Playoff energy x Preds buzz = Awesome Series!

I totally agree. Actually our Defense will handle Iginla easily. We have the best top line D ever Iginla had the big 0 shots last game, and looked very frustrated. Bring in Big Bert and the Flames will think twice before running Z! And yeah, I think we are all wandering around our house hoping Sammy is sitting.

Man, we are not even playing the Preds but still devote a lot of energy to them. I sure hope we play them. It would be a dream matchup...and in my opinion...to be the best you gotta play the best. I'd like to see that for a Round 3 matchup. Everyone here gets very fired up about Nashville!

By the way Flip nor Huds should sit. They both were huge contributers in Game 1. I don't care who they DO sit...but not Huds or Flip.

If Bert's healthy I'd love him in the lineup. The Flames may think twice before nailing players like Huds and Z with Bert back!

Ha..that's funny. I was talking about Bert w/ Lang at the game, and putting them together with Huddles. Have the 'Nothing but Czechs/Checks' line.
