Game 5 scf 2008 I was sitting on the glass, perfect seat to watch us hoist the cup. Game 7 scf 2009 I was there. I gtfo after the the horn sounded. If I would have stayed I would have been in that shot of 87 hoisting the cup. That was the most upset I have ever been after a sporting event I did not play in myself. That was a long flight home.

Normally I don't mind Franzen. However, with Datsyuk out and how close things are in the standings we NEED him to step up and carry the team wihel Datsyuk is out. Hell as least skate hard. The last 3 games he has looked so bad it makes me wonder if he is injured. I think he needs to sit out for a game or two. Take a step back and watch from the press box. You must play with great effort. I just want to see him work hard. I had a coach tell me this when I was younger and I still use. "it takes no talent to hustle, anyone can do." So for the love of god, please Franzen, bust your ass out there.

If it was up to me I would make #93 watch the next few games from the press box and talk some s*** about his mom and wife. Maybe that would make him mad enough to start playing hockey.

To me the diffrance in this game was the canucks best players showed up. The Wings best players.......... Watched the "role" players bust their ass and do everything they could to try to win. I trust the Wings managment. Quincey has proven himself to be a good NHL defense men. You can never have to many of them. I was sad to see him go and I'm glad to have him back.

I got picked up by a beer league team and their jerseys are just like san jose. I can not stand wearing those socks and that jersey. I don't even like having it in my house. But thats how I get down. If you want other teams gear, go for it.

Sometimes the best thing for a team is some time away from the rink. I trust the guy behind the bench.
