That is a scary play. That's why I always rock the cage on the ice. I wonder if he will ware a visor now? I wonder if a visor would have even helped on this play? I have seen sticks come up and get under the visor and do some damage. You only get two looking balls, I hope both of his are ok.

I love Draper. I love how he plays the game, how he keeps him self in amazing shape, what a great teammate he is, and how he conducts him self off the ice. He has done so very much for the Red Wings and the city of Detroit and I'm sure he will be missed in the locker room. I know I will miss watching him play. I'm 32 and I've been been watching him play for a long time. Man, it's hard to think of the Wings without #33. It's hard to think of him as 40 years old. The NHL today is a young man's game, and a young man Draper is not. THANK YOU KRIS DRAPER!!!!!! I wish you the very best!!! LETS GO RED WINGS!!!!!!!!!!

Jimmy Howard had a great series. Hard for me to vote for anyone else. #13 and #43 are right up there as well.

Datsyuk was in beast mode tonight. WOW!!! That guy is a ninja. Datsyuk is the greatest!!!

Some of those goals Osgood let in were soft as hell. We NEED him to play much better. Almost every tim he gets a start he gives up 3 or 4 goals. Osgood may be out of gas. I can't remember the last time he stole a game for us. The guy looks WAY below average. I know the whole team looked flat, but I'll tell you this. I play hockey and I know some of you do as well. When the guy between the pipes is letting SOFT s*** get behind him in the first 60 seconds of the game it's hard to get it going. The Wings play like they don't have much confidence in him. We hit the post/crossbar a few times tonight as well.

If you can't beat them, BEAT them. The ducks are like school on Sunday......... no class.

I don't like hossa for this reason. I was at game 7 of the SCF in 09', when he was on the ice all I did was watch him.I thought he was gonna play like he would never lace em up again. He looked like it was some pre-season game. He did not skate hard to loose pucks, did not back check hard, did not play the body. He did NOTHING!!!!! With all that was being said in the media, him leaving the berg to come to Detroit and the fact that it was GAME 7 OF THE STANLEY CUP FINALS!!!!!!!!! I don't care if your arm hurts, if your knee is torn up, your mom just died, you gotta sell out on every shift. You HAVE to go all out. And he played like a coward. For this he sucks.

When you send the next blank RedWings jersey you should tell them about this.It is minor but it not that hard to line up numbers. This is what these folks do for a living. Most shops like this one take pride in their work.
