Burke is such a baby! I mean not only does he complain about something that is comepletely in the rulebook to do. But he then says its bad timing because of his induction in the BC Hockey Hall of Fame. Yeah okay let's just wait around a few more days so that someone else can make an offer to Penner. I am definitely getting excited for the Wings to start there season. It was so nice to see them finally get out of the 1st round last year, and I think the Wings will be right there again this year. This offseason has been interesting, some say bad signings, some say good. For me I have put my trust in Ken Holland and I believe that he knows what he is doing and will make a pretty big trade like he did last season (Bertuzzi) to help our chances in the playoffs. As of right now our lineup for 07-08 looks like this: Zetterberg Datsyuk Holmstrom Lidstrom Kronwall Cleary Filppula Samuelsson Rafalski Lilja Hudler Franzen Kopecky Chelios Lebda Drake Draper Maltby Not a bad looking lineup from top to bottom. I'm hoping we add a Yashin/Forsberg/Fedorov to our 2nd line, which I have a strong feeling we will.

Marcel Hossa, MIchael Camillerri, I really wish Barrett Jackman was still available. That guy would have been great on our team.

They suck. Brett Hull sounded like a retard out there last night. I do enjoy his off the wall antics, and comments. But he doesn't know what he is talking about half of the time. Olcyzk is useless. Mike Emerick has the worst announcer's voice in the league (even worse then Nashville's crappy announcer). And Pierre McGuire is a poor man's Darren Pang.

Kronwall pisses me off. I think he is totally overrated.

I got my hair cut with Nick Lidstrom last year at my wifes salon. Very cool to be doing something we all do while being next to the greatest defenseman who ever played the game!!!

Last year I got my hair cut up at the salon my wife works at while sitting and chatting with Nick Lidstrom getting his hair cut right next to me. It was a very cool experience, one I will never forget.

I'd like to see Yzerman with Maltby and Draper tonight. I know Babcock tried it for a few minutes of the game yesterday and it seemed that there was a little spark there. The only thing I hate the most is that it's always Draper who is getting chances....anyone but Draper!!!
