The only Wing who's fought anybody outside of the Western Conference has been Lilja (twice), so if theres a fight....my money is on Lilja vs Ondrus or Newbury!

While i wouldnt go so far to say he sucks, i do agree he's overrated here. Remember the thread about Hudler potentially becoming a 50 goal scorer when he went on his little hot streak? Funny, now he's only one pace for 1 more goal than he had last season, while getting much more ice time this year to boot and playing on the 2nd line.

No way in hell I'd give up Kindl for friggin' Fedorov of all people....and neither would the Wings. Fedorov will not cost all that much because his suitors will be few and far between, which makes me nervous because i dont want him.

That sounds reminiscent of when Taylor friggin' Pyatt fought Ivanans and did extremely well, or to a lesser extent Nash/Vandermeer, one of those things that leaves you in awe thinking.."what the hell just happened here?!!" I love moments like that where guys who dont fight much or not at all get inspired and do well against legit tough guys.

Oh hell yeah, me too. I'd give anything to have a guy like him. Didnt mean to sound like i was knocking Carcillo if thats how you took it, just that Hordichuk is out of his class right now of guys he should be tangling with is all. I wish we had guys like this in our minors that we could get excited about....

Well given how the Ducks are on a roll thread was the beginning of their losing streak, lets see what this thread produces!

Philly is loaded with depth... they have talent, grit, and toughness all throughout the lineup. To me they are reminiscent of Anaheim last year in that they also have some tough skilled guys in the form of guys like Richards and Hartnell. Even Downie can play like him or not. Also excellent leadership in the form of Jason Smith. If their goaltending can hold up (always the ? for Philly it seems), which i think it will, theres no doubt in my mind this team is going to the Finals. (as predicted by yours truly )
