Its probably a good thing they dont still have Brashear, considering the racial tirade Mike Richards went on earlier this year. I heard he actually tried to post up a flier though in the lockeroom reminding the team to play clean, but unfortunately....the sign felled before last game. Chris Chelios - Not only Fire on Ice, but Fire on the dance floor with the disco inferno. Personally, i'd rather see the recently retired Wes do the Waltz. I wouldnt want to see that guy on the Flames Alex do the Tango though...that would be more like Tang-*** if you ask me.

I appreciate corny stuff probably more than anybody (no surprise im sure...), but these songs have gotten old REALLY fast. The repetition drives you crazy after a while...now i just think theyre stupid. Expand the repertoire at least for the songs, theres a s***load to choose from. I mean, for example have they ever played that "Hold me now.." song by the Thompson Twins? I cant say ive heard that. It would be a nice alternative to the usual "Hold me....hold me.....blah blah blah" and Hey Hey Hockeytown...my god.. can you say PLAYED THE F*** OUT?!

Riley Cote will get treated differently because he's an enforcer. The fact that Hartnell is the known cheap shotter of the two doesnt matter to the league because he scores goals...thats how its always been. If you reverse what each did, and Cote was the one with the hit from behind...he'd probably be out 20 games.

I know exactly what you mean. At the risk of sounding deranged,...I cant help it, I like the Flyers. Im more upset that Cote has to miss 3 games than the incident itself! Something like what Hartnell did i show no love for whatsoever...but this doesnt bother me to be honest.

Screw it, they need a WR for Russell and lets find a way to get McFadden. Work it like Minny with AP and Taylor, then eventually move KJ out. Then hopefully by the time we have a halfway decent line, Stanton can step in, Johnson will be as advertised, and McFadden will be drawing LT comparisons!

How does me wanting to trade Hudler equate to me hating him? Its about me not seeing a player like Hudler fitting in long term here. With Z, Datsyuk, and Flip being in the top 6, there needs to be more size added as well as more of a physical dimension. Sorry, but i value Flip's potential more than Hudler's so thats why i'd like to see him dealt off for something. The Hudler craze going on here is a little overboard if you ask me, people are acting like he's on pace for 35 or 40 goals or something, rather than the 19 he actually is. All you are willing to part with is guys who will get us jack s*** in return, you dont seem to have much concept of how the trade world works. I have a feeling you're one of the guys who believes packaging Maltby, Drake, Ellis, and Meech all together will get a good player in return. IT WONT. Its about quality, not quantity. If you're against trading Flip, Hudler, and Kindl, just forget about anything of significance coming our way.

You were supposed to say "Sammy and Meech for Sundin"...you didnt take my bait Im not necessarily saying we should trade for Sundin, im more or less just debating on the cost of what it would take if the Wings wanted to go that route. The deal proposed is quite fair is all im saying. Very few people on this site are game with the idea of trading Hudler, Flip, and Kindl, yet everyone wants the Wings to make a splash at the deadline and will ***** if we dont do anything!
