If the Wings bring the money to the West then why not move Toronto or some other big market team from the East into the West to double that money to generate in the West and send Nashville and Columbus to the East.

You could always move to Michigan. That's what I heard four months ago and still no progress. I would rather have 7:30 P.M. gametime starts in regular and playoff season then watch Crosby/Malkin/Staal 8 times. Even though those guys are fun to watch but staying up past 1.a.m. to watch hockey isn't fun.

First NBC did a horrible job at showing the game. * Being late on having the game on the HD channel when it started. * Being late on having the game in HD on the HD channel. * They failed to mention why Detroit went to the penalty box on some calls and don't show a replay of it. * They needed to turn the mic's up on the announcers so you can hear them over the strides of the skates on the ice. Second Detroit seemed they did't want to play today. The second period showed it.

I would agree with you but are the Bluejackets a playoff team? Do they make the playoffs ever year? Are they a contending team? Detroit can answer yes too all those questions. So Detroit should get the move, It's fans suffer the 10:00 P.M. and 10:30 P.M. games when its a regular or playoff season game. Bluejackets and fans only suffer the regular season games.

Gary Bettman believe's the fans don't want HD to watch Hockey and wants to push to make the markets of those traditional non HD viewers succeed.

I have seen Red Wing fans wear hard hats at games with a working goal light attached at the top.

Id would rather have them try to partner with NBC. Show night games on USA channel and Day games on NBC during the weekends. Plus NHL commercials can be played during primetime on NBC when alot of Americans are watching.

Your not right. if you find baseball boring then you should't of followed the tigers. I think Basketball is boring and I don't follow the Pistons. Even when they won the NBA championship.

I DVR it and I just watched it and I got alittle disgusted by Moore's comments on how Canada picked Bertuzzi for the Olympics was wrong. I would like to hear those tapes from Moore's mic during that game.

12:30pm is a great time for a Hockey game on tv. Sucks for the players but for the fans it's great. Plus its on a Sunday and no one does anything but be lazy on a Sunday.
