Chicago is the new Detroit. So many Michigan residents have moved there that no matter which neighborhood your in you will always see more of the Red Wings logo or Tigers logo walking the sidewalks. Can't blame them. Lots and lots of Jobs and a city that is pretty much corrupt from head to toes, but knows how to run its self efficiently.

Everything is fine. The Wings are just getting the central teams in the playoffs so the Wings don't have to do the long travel's to the West Coast and we can actually have hockey games end at 10pm and not 2am.

I hope the Wings rest up and don't try to chase for first in regular season. It will only tire them out and perhaps get pointless injuries that will carry over into playoffs. Better just to stay Second in the regular season and then fight for first in the playoffs.

You taken it way out of context. They were talking about European fans vs North American fans. Ever watch a soccer game? Other European sporting events have the same atmosphere as a soccer game and yes even Darts and Badminton across Europe has that same atmosphere. Here are the hockey fans in Sweden, you won't find this in any of big 4 Professional sports around North America.

Maybe they have changed it because the games that I have tried to watch over the years, the players would just walk off the field in the fourth Quarter with lots of time left on the clock to play.

This is why Football can’t be taken as a serious sport; the teams walk off the field with 30-40 seconds left on the clock. They should be forced to play till 0:00 is on the clock. A Fumble, Interception or even a Spectacular Touchdown from the offensive team could happen. The Fans are robbed of this exciting ending of a game. Imagine if Soccer players walked off the field before the game ended. Today's game with Liverpool would have never won 2-0 and the home crowd would have never seen Torres score two goals that won the game for Liverpool.
