I'm in New York City!!!!!!!! But I'm trying to do an elective in trauma at DMC. Everybody cross your fingers for me.

I love trauma! I would LOVE to help out with that kind of case. I literally spent my whole shift today looking for some sort of trauma/surgical case and they kept dragging me back to look up kids' noses and diagnose yet another "upper respiratory infection" which is doctor's talk for "I'm not sure what's happening but I'm gonna say URI so I can document this and get paid."
