Oh come on Ricky! It's not that big a deal. Period. Menses. The rag. The Crimson Tide. Menstruation. Pads. Tampons. You remind me so much of two of my best friends from med school. They were these two guys that lived together in this house in the middle of town. One night when we were all out I snuck into their house and stuck pads everywhere and hung tampons everywhere. Then I glued quarters to their floor. They hated me!

I can't tell you the story where the bride flew in from Pakistan right before the wedding and the groom was so excited to finally see her on the wedding but she was on her period... But I can tell you the one where the other ballroom was having a wedding at the same time and they were partying and getting drunk as hell. The bridesmaids from the other wedding saw me in the restroom and proceeded to pet me and tell me I was so cute () and could they, like, um, please, like um, take, like, a picture? I said no.

Thank you! So the thing is I've been wearing flip flops () as summer sandals and my sister nearly stabbed my the other day. It's all about gladiator type sandals this summer. And I didn't have one pair?!?!? Tragic. So four of the five shoes I bought yesterday were gladiator summer sandals, in different variations...OBVIOUSLY. I got turquoise beaded sandals to dress up in. I got plain black ones for your basic outfit. Then I got gold for going out for dinner or adding a pop of sheen to any old outfit. Then I got white Jesus sandals because they were just so cool looking. The last pair of shoes I got were these dorky canvas slip-ons from H&M. Boys will never understand.
