Anyone who thinks a wooden stick is equal to a composite stick in relation to performance is ignorant. Wooden sticks lose their original flex within hours of use, a composite stick keeps the same flex for a longer period of time. If you know how to use a composite stick, it makes your shot better and helps your release.

I have been a Wings fan since I was a fetus. My parents saw and Oilers, Wings, game when they lived in Edmonton and the Wings lost 3-1 but when the Wings scored the one goal, I kicked. When I heard that story as a child, I thought I HAVE to be a Wings fan. Always have been and always will be a Wing fan...I started watching and understanding hockey when I was three, and it was Wings ever since, so in that respect I have been a fan for 16, but years in total without "sense" it would be 19.

I have been playing since I could skate. I learned to skate at the age of 3. I play in a beer league which is ran by the company I work for during the summer, it is a blast. I also play intermural hockey at school, that is weak, the University of Toronto is not exactly into hockey so not really much of team going on with them or else I would be there in a flash. Hockey is an absolute blast though, I cannot imagine what my childhood would have been without it.

Konstantinov for sure. I mean, as you guys have said he was the best dman at the time of the accident. That was also his first year of complete dominance, he had a lot of years of that same dominance ahead of him but sadly they were taken from him. That is the difference between he and Fisch, Vladdy had arguably reached his potential and was at the top of his game. Fischer had not reached his full potential yet. The only case I see for Feds is the fact that he would have cemented himself as a Hockeytown immortal and a surefire Hall of Famer even though he will probably make it anyways. Also had he have stayed, we would have never had to have witnessed his depressing/infuriating departure and he would have remained a Wing for life, as he should have.

1) Smyth is a great captain yes, but he is nowhere near the level of Steve Yzerman. 2) Holmstrom scores goals because he gets into areas where most players dont want to get into. Not to mention his amazing hand eye coordination that allows him to tip pucks in. He also helps Dats and Hank score by being a menace to the opposing goalie.

At the end of the day, Burke has himself to blame. He knew damn well that team had interest in signing Penner yet he did not get him locked up. Game over. I know to do that is a lot easier said than done, but it is not Lowe's fault it is Burke's. I know you're joking...but Penner actually plays a full season
